Austin…I love it there (not so much when the temperature hits triple digits though). Lately I’ve really been wanting to get back there; one of my favorite things is hanging out with my brother, hitting up all my favorite bars and indulging in all those wonderful Texas beers of which I’m deprived here in Colorado. And I just scored a fantastic deal on a plane ticket, so I’ll be paying a visit next month.

I have certain spots I always make a point to stop by: The Ginger Man, Uncle Billy’s, Draught House, oh and Lovejoy’s (about which I am quite sad). And I also enjoy Flying Saucer, Black Star Co-Op and Easy Tiger. But I’d like to hear your suggestions before my trip: what great craft beer places am I missing? I definitely plan on going to Whip In this time, as I’ve been told I MUST, by more than one person. But beyond what I’ve already mentioned, let me know what others you recommend for a beer lover. I’m only there a few days, but I’ll certainly do my best in making it to as many great places as I possibly can.
