Pairing beer with food is becoming increasingly popular, and with good reason. But do you really know which beers go best with which types of dishes? On August 9th, you will have the chance to learn more about it at Cook Street School of Culinary Arts‘ Beer Dinner. Each course of the meal will be paired with a different beer from Oskar Blues Brewery. Attendees will learn about each dish while an Oskar Blues representative talks about pairing beer and food.
