Learn About Pairing Beer & Food With Oskar Blues & Cook Street School


Pairing beer with food is becoming increasingly popular, and with good reason. But do you really know which beers go best with which types of dishes? On August 9th, you will have the chance to learn more about it at Cook Street School of Culinary Arts‘ Beer Dinner. Each course of the meal will be paired with a different beer from Oskar Blues Brewery. Attendees will learn about each dish while an Oskar Blues representative talks about pairing beer and food.   • Chicharrones Bar Mix
  • Tomato and Chicory Salad with Stout Vinaigrette
  • House-made Corn Dog Brats with Mama’s Little Yella Pickles
  • Pork Sausage and Old Chub Creole Mustard
  • Smoked and Braised Crispy Pork Belly with Seasonal Vegetables
  • Old Chub Cake

The cost is $99 per person and is from 6-9:30 on August 9th. It will be a great night of delicious food, brews from Oskar Blues, and beer education!
