4 Weeks til GABF: Hoppy Pizza
Today’s Hops in the Kitchen recipe keeps it simple. While the past 2 days’ recipes involved actual hops, this one uses plain ol’ beer.
Of course I’m going to opt for IPA, but you can use any kind you’d like: when making pizza at home, just add 1 cup of beer per 28 ounces of pizza sauce. And that’s it!
Beer and pizza…two of life’s greatest pleasures.
